Jasmine Green Tea

We use jasmine flowers that have been picked when the blossoms are at the peak of their fragrance. Jasmine buds are plucked by hand when they are closed. Then, they’re layered with green tea leaves. As the bud's bloom, their aromas seep into the leaves. The flavoring process repeats for several days.
