If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened tea products and merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ship Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
